My period was late on 3 days late was sick took a test it was neg on 4 days late was sick took a test it was neg and I kept feeling sick all day that night I started my period - It is a period and not spotting. This morning I still feel ill and tired yet I didn't throw up today. I'm not worried about pregnancy as I had sex twice and used a comdom that didn't break / rip even though I know there is a chance I can get pregnant its slim. I'm just wondering could it be a virus or something cause I heard that they make periods late. Also I have bad panic attacks and worry alot which sometimes makes me ill.

Go see your doctor. Your anxiety is needless when all you have to do is make an appointment and speak with someone who knows you, your body and your panic disorder.

stress will definelty make your period late. if your feeling sick its most likely is just a bug going around. or you might have ate something bad the other day. i dont think you should worry about pregnancy at all. you have started your period and have taken 3 tests so im pretty sure you ok. if you continue to keep feeling sick it would be a good idea to see a doctor. but until then try to eat some solid foods with not too many spices, such as rice or crackers. and drink some 7-up or gatorade, if you are dehydrated at all the gatorade will help that. also if you are currently taking and medications they might have side effects if your out in the sun. there are actually quite a few things that can be making you feel sick. so just try to take care of yourself for now, and like i said if it doesnt go away, go see your doctor.

Stress and sickness can both make your periods late... .Do you have any other pregnancy symptoms? Tiredness, tender breasts etc?
Seeing as you waited till you missed your period before you took a test (which is the right time) I'd safely assume that you aren't pregnant and that it's a virus making you sick.If your still in doubt go to your Dr and have a blood test x

I know a lot of people who get nauseated or start vomiting around the time their period starts. Ask your doctor about it.
Another thing - not everybody is on a strict 28 day cycle - a few days late/early here or there is normal.

You aer sick. Sounds like you have a case of the flu if you feel sick and tired and feeling like throwing up. Drink lots of liquids and get plenty of rest till you feel better. Yes the flu is still going around and you must have caught it.

If you are still worried about this, perhaps a visit to the doctor would be worthwhile.
