1) How about rationing the actions of the stupid people.
2) I wouldn't fall under that category, so I wouldn't be stifled in any way, I'd be happy that certain people were not unattended out on the streets ruining the world.
3) I would gladly turn in any stupid family members, I just need a caravan to toss them all in to for transport.

During WW2 everything was rationed except home grown vegetables. Tea, sugar, cheese, coal, soap, clothes, Sweets, meat, Even furniture was rationed .Timber was needed for the war effort. The government even tok any railings outside houses, schools, churches for the war effort as scrap metal. To help the family through the rationing there were a few alternatives. Sugar could be replaced with Saccharin. Today they are known as sweetener. Egg powder instead of eggs. Rabbit instead of Beef etc. Schools would give out concentrated Orange juice and malt to supplement childrens vitamins.Restaurants had very basic meals which was more or less the same food you would have on rationing. No ice cream was available anywhere, the first ice cream on sale after the war was lyons maid. Very few toys available for Xmas as nearly all factories were turned over to the war effort. On top of this was the constant Air raids. Think what it was like for us to hear the bombs screaming down and wonder if it is going to explode on your house.

we did not get eggs on the ration.

Coupons or points were given to each person.
The diet was plain but nourishing.
No one died from malnutrition
People also shared.
It was a giving, helping society.
The me, me, me, culture was unknown.
Today our culture has been squandered.
I and others worked and fought for it.
Others have abused their gift.
You are left to abuse it more if you wish.
It is your choice.
Too old to care.
