i dont think it will damage it. but you will run in to problems. like freeze, and BSoD(aka Blue Screen of Death) .

Probably the biggest risk is that the power supply will overheat and shut down or burn out.

Most power supplies are prevented from delivering undervoltages... but if yours isn't it may supply undervoltage and may damage any or all components of the PC. It's a remote possibility, but it's there.

The problem with running your power supply at anything like the limit is that the 200watt is composed of so many amps at +5 volts and a different number at +12 volts and so on... if you overload 1 rail you may get 1 rail shutting down only or delivering choppy power even though in theory you're only using 180watts.... so if you are pulling 360 watts from the PSU go for one around the 500 watt mark

Running at a lower wattage will decrease your computer's performance....and ultimately will damage the power supply.

Try going to http://www.newegg.com ....look at the power supplies there. You will find that you can get a good power supply for a decent price. That will solve the problems for you.

NO damage. It just won't run. OR fans will spin but you just get a black screen. GOOD power supplies would just auto-shutoff if any of the +3.3V, +5V or +12V rail gets overloaded. I just hope your 200 watter is a.good one.

you will probably burnout the powersupply

and or have the computer running sluggish

end the end.
