I can give you a software for managing the internet cafe cheap. With this you can monitor all terminals and log the users, shut down the compters, prevent access to internet and calculate charges for each of the users from any one computer.

we have one in our little town and the owners told me they were moving to a big city,they dont get much business in the southern rural town.he said his star up was around 50 thousand,because he had leased a small buildig and renovated some of it.i like it,but it just didnt catch on well here.your location is of the most important issue when deciding your question.
