Oh yeah, there is a guy where I life who absolutely nitpicks everything to death and complains about anyone that he believes breaks the rules.
The other day he had to move his grill from to where they are supposed to be kept, he ran around the complex and tried to write down where everyone else who had broken this rule was. What a whiner.

yeah, mostly kids and immature adults
about the kids, i can fully understand and sometimes i fond it cute if they give excuses on thier naughtiness but with those adults, it annoys me.
