Or are we past all the talk?...... if you unintentionally hurt someone by what you have said to them in the heat of an argument, and try to apologize, but they won't give you a chance..... do you let it go forever?..... or keep trying?.... what?

Some words can't be taken back.

I've done this a few times and it's not a good feeling especially when you care about the other person. I'd say wait a while then maybe write a letter to them and let it go at that. Then the ball is in their court and at least you made an honest attempt.

There's always a little truth in what we say. Especially when we are arguing with someone. If it's in a relationship, it's better to step away for a few and really think about what was said, then try sharing with that person again. Honesty and communication are the key.. So yes! We can talk about it!!!

Many a tear has to fall and it's all in the game...Love is no game but the tears are real. Friends that remain friends may make mistakes but boundaries must be set. Lovers have a more difficult task but mutual respect must be a boundary to be respected. Unfortunately, lovers feel a sense of ownership of each other that normally a true friend avoids.

Rebellion, you ask a very hard question.

Everyone needs their space. I would say that if the relationship means that much to you, then you should never forget it. Give the person space to cool off and try to talk to them again. Everything works out for the best in the end, even when sometime it doesn't seem so. Good luck and best wishes.

That depends on who this person is , what you said and the circumstances. Like if you were arguing with your best friend and accidently blurted out that you are having a secret relationship with her boyfriend and that he said that she was getting old or something like that, then, yeah, you should let that go. But you know, if it isnt that serious, then keep trying.

If that someone really cares & loves you,he\she will immediately understand you..And you'll talk it over together...For me,I keep on trying but not for so long so that the person doesn't think of me as annoying...

well give the person a chance to cool off and then take it from there...but also remember that people like to make things more then they are sometimes.
