Im looking to improve my dance skills in the club,but I dont have the time or money for classes, can any one recomend a good instruction video to check out, I have absolutly no skill but im determined to not look like an idiot when i go out, any advice would be helpfull. has anyone tried the art of exotic dance for everyday women? if so id love to hear about what u thought of it

If you have a pole in your basement, or know someone that does. Practice sexy swings on it, move sexy to the beat. It's easy, put on some heals and grab a chair and start practicing, good luck, and find a slow song to practice off of :)

It depends, do you have rythym? If not then it will take longer, you should keep within your range and find your rythym. dance is not a science it is an art. it can expand to whatever you want it to be. use your imagination.
