dilithium is a trasuranic fictionary alkaline element heavier than Francium used in Star Trek to power the matter antimatter reactor that power all the spaceship, however such heavy element is extremely unstable (by actual theory) and it's really not probable to find it by remote mining like in star trek.
O2 is probably useful to say goodbye, without it your cells in your body will not be able to complete the Krebs cycle to generate energy (ATP) to move your arm and wave your hand and probably you will die in few minutes.
However not everybody knows that the heavy and urgent stimuli of breathing is not caused by lack of O2, but by building up of CO2. So if you brathe to much Helium for example you will pass away (KO) without noticing.
