Okay we could have a chimp dressed in a cowboy suit with a big hat and a sign under it saying, my way or the highway.....I am THE decider. Because he has decided America right into the ground with his incompetency, stubborn inflexibility and his corruption.

The more visible he is the worse it will be for him.
What will mothers and fathers tell their child about him, when passing by his statue.
Yes, we should have a statue of him, so not to forget, that here was a president who fix the intelligence (about Iraq) around the policy, to go to war. Who wasted thousands of lives in an unnecessary war, the greatest blunder since Vietnam. The president who used the September eleven tragedy for political advantage and to often assumed powers, violating the USA constitution

George W. Bush doesn't deserve a statue at all. He has probably screwed up our country fo rmany years to come, and he sure messed his popularity up. His approval ratings have dropped. He shouldn't be commemorated, just forgotten about forever.

Star worthy.
He certainly deserves commemorating, if only to remind people what a mistake it was electing him.
Maybe a chimpanzee with a crown on his head? He sure looks like a chimp and was able to bend the Justice dept. and Congress (at least the first term) to become mere extensions of presidential authority.

I couldn't help but laugh after reading your question. I'm not a Bush basher but I do support him as the Commander in Chief because of his position, not his person. With that being said, here's my idea:
The statue should be a huge, marble cowboy hat with one of those propellers on top. When you spin the propeller, it makes a "whiiiiiiiiiiir" sound.
That's it. Give it to the design board and send me a concept drawing. ;)
