I think you are reaching on that one. The logo stands out a lot more as being white then it would black. And I'm a black man saying that.

Because you know it a "model of the great Jerry West" then you should know this is to honor one of the greatest ball players to grace the NBA. As a Black man, I find it a dubious honor to give West a logo that identifies with the NBA. I don't see color when it comes to playing basketball. I know plenty of Black players NBA and below whose skills are far less greater than West's and on the same token, I am familiar with White ballplayers whose skill level is outstanding.

This is stupidity. It's a model of a great player. Who cares if he's white? Hell, the other people are right. It's a dang sillhouette anyways. I think you're a racist.

I don't see a white man in the logo. It is a silhouette.

It's white for contrast. Try taking a color 101 class, you might understand. I think your racist just for asking this question.

Thats like saying U.S currency is raciest....If anybody mistakes the NBA logo as raciest, you seriouslly have promblems, and have nothing better to do.

Come on man ..... I'm not even sure why you'd ask that question. Just like the other American sports (NFL, MLB), the colors happen to be red, white & blue. (US colors). You're tying too hard!!!!!
