Hard to say. We've seen so many 'highly touted' college QBs come into the NFL and bomb. Is Russell a sure thing? No. A lot will depend on how the Raiders build the team around him. Initially I'd worry about that OL, it was horrible last year, both in pass blocking and run blocking.

In three years he will be big enough to play Left Tackle. I think his career will be similar to Culpepper. Good for a few years until his size takes a toll on his knees.

Just as soon as he masters (if he ever does) the art of reading defenses well... he'll be nearly unstoppable!!!
