Is Crescent St in Waltham, Ma safe to live?

I am moving there is a few weeks and I am worried as to how safe the area is to live. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I am sure the Moody St part close to the downtown shopping area is safe, from personal experience. I don't know what it is like as you go much further away from downtown toward Prospect St. I think it is good on that end but that is just my opinion of that section from driving past the area.
