I love to make Chicken Speggetti. My husband and Two year old son love it. I take the Speggetti cook it. In a second pot I boil 3 to 4 chicken breast. I cut them up. Take one can of cream of chicken or mushroom put it in a pot with a little pit of water then add a little less then a half block of velveta cheese and stir it until melted. Take the Noddles, Chicken and Cream of chicken with melted velveta and but it all in a cassarole dish. Take Salteen crackers and brown with a little butter in a skillet place on top and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until brown and bubbley around the egdes. I serve with garlic bread and fresh salad. Its so good. I might have to make it tonight my self.
I also add mushrooms somtimes.
I hope I was helpful

I love baked fish. It's delicous and simple. I just buy a box of frozen tilapia.(9.99) and spray a cake pan put the fish in and sprinke on some blackened seasoning, put in oven at 450 for about 20 min. Then I'll make a box of rice pilaf and some california medley veggies. It's soo good and soo easy. Quik, easy, delicous and almost fat free. If you don't eat the rice or leave out the butter it is fat free!

I really love having Pizza for dinner, and sometimes I like to have Lasagna. Other days, I'll be in the mood for Ravioli. I love everything Italian.

Gumbo. You may not want it for dinner but I was just pricing airline tickets to go visit my mom and I thought about her gumbo. She always makes a big pot when I come home. Mmmm, shrimp, tomatos, okra, crab....
