It has gold on black instead because Milan is too cool for yellow on red...

Nope in ilkeston and nottingham, in the UK they've changed it from yellow and red to purple and white. It looks rather smart

check out Williamsburg Va. They had to make a colonial sign with white and yellow.
The Ann Arbor Michigan store has a stained glass arch in the window.. also due to the wanna be architects at the planning department .
