I used to work there. Between 10:30 am and 11:00 am they stop making the breakfast. You can still order breakfast between those times, but sometimes they may be out of what you want. They concentrate on getting rid of what is already made between that time. Otherwise it's thrown away.

Depends on the McDonalds...
Some chains close at 10am, others at 10:30am.
Ours closes for breakfast at 11AM.
