Josh Hancock was a great person and someone who would talk to a nobody for hours about baseball. He was someone who could play and make the guy who didn't know the sport feel good about it when he was done talking to you. but most of all he was a guy you could talk to at any time he was always there for someone he knew. I remember one time he called me from the bullpen to tell me the answer to a trivia question I asked him once 3 weeks before. I'll miss you Josh you were a great friend

Yes I care and other people care. He was a friend to many in the baseball world. He made his living with many teams and made friends with many players. He died you should care even just a little bit because he was a person. As far as the baseball part he was a reliever who happened to be utilized for the best of his abilities by the Cardinals. He was used a lot this is a big hit for the Cardinals and for the baseball world.

What the hell is wrong with you? Are you a sicko sociopath or just didn't get enough hugs from Daddy growing up. Either way your human garbage. Go jump off a bridge so someone can ask the same question about you when your gone. Oh wait; they wont because your nobody.

Did you happen to notice a game was ppd because of this. So that right there should tell you that plenty of people both in and out of the baseball world care.
And apparently you don't watch baseball because if you did you'd know that without his pitching the Cards wouldn't have the WS last year.

That really isn't a very good thing to say. He actually was an intricate part of the Cardinals winning the World Series. He was one of their most important Setup Men.

No, I don't care. People always get so emotional over death, as if it is an optional thing for a person. Because I hate the Cardinals, it only makes his death more meaningless. So yeah, no one actually gives a feck, they are just afraid of their own mortality.

He was someone's son. So I would think that would make him pretty damn important. He was also someone's teammate and they(the Cardinals) cared about him. He made an difference in their lives, not because he helped the Cardinals win the WS, but because he actually made a difference in his teammates lives when he was alive and that is pretty damn special as well.

Yes I do care!
I'm not a St. Louis Cardinals fan but it's always bad when someone dies. I hate the Boston Red Sox but I'd be devastated if someone on that team died.

St. Louis is my least favorite baseball team and I care. I don't know maybe I have a heart. and like the one person said, I do hope someone says that when you die.
