No they do not. I think it should be up to the person whether or not they chose to wear them. I feel just the same way about wearing your seatbelt. In some instances they may be able to save your life, but in others they could do more harm.

Most laws make no sense however the helmet law .. whatever that may be .. regardless of being senseless may have its sensible points also ..

.. and to top it all .. a law is a law IS A LAW :)

So abide by it!

No! I'm betting most helmets are inadequate. If they have ever been dropped,they are no longer any good.Kind of like the safety bumpers on cars.
They restrict your vision.
They can block your hearing to a certain degree.
Too many people don't have them fitted right.
What does this mean?
Absolutely nothing! It should be a choice though!

No, but they do make money for the corruptament of which legislates such anti-constitutional laws knowing that many people will rightfully ignore them...

The only difference to me ... if you decide to wear a helment or not on a motorcycle it only deciedes between a closed casket or a open casket.

I say yes...I used to think ppl should be able to choose to wear them or not....but after I had kids that all changed!!!
