I live in San Diego and woke up this morning to discover there is actual real water falling out of the sky! I have an irresistable urge to go driving real fast on the freeway... What should I do?

WOW real water ? Could you post it on u tube please ? I live in Florida and have heard rumors that it can happen but it has been so long we only hear stories from the old timers about it. The fires are burning and the sky is that brown color the sunrise lasts till 10 or 11 and the moon is red. You know what I mean. Don't drive fast till after you post the video OK.
