How do you know when the solution used in a hose end sprayer (Miricle Grow) is diluted enough and to stop?

I have used it many times and it "seems" very simple but it remains blue for a very long time.

Once the solid has dissolved, just spray for a couple more minutes until the solution lightens up a bit. Then you can just scatter the rest and refill.
