My Epson CX3500 got problem while trying to reset waste ink counter.I download a software from web site and could not reset.I tried other features and now printer's firmware has changed to CX4600.
Can anyone help? Please!

Not the printer driver. I think firmware got problem.When I switch on printer winXP detect it as CX 4600.

probably you downloaded a wrong driver for your printer ,delete the printer , look for the right one for your printer according to the model number it might be categorized by series but it makes a big diffrent
download the right one add your pinter install it and good luck
