Sorry, but the boys are right. Wakefield has been with the Sox since 1995, while Varitek has been around since 1997.

The answer is Wakefield. He came over from Pittsburgh in 1995. Varitek has always been a Red Sox but he came up in 1997. So Wakefield has been in Boston longer.
