do you know how to be alone with your self? do you know how to love yourself in the deepest of despair? can you tell me what gets you through those kinds of moments when there is no one to turn to and you have to hold on just one more day or one more minute all by yourself?

Who gets me through tough moments?
There is only one perfect relationship.
Jesus and I.
Never despair and think it's all over. That is the exact time when you have Him standing behind you holding you up. You will always have him to go to, to turn to, to give you answers. In times like these bend your knees, present your problems onto Him and ask for guidance. Let everything you do be in His name and trust me, He will never fail you. He has made you for a purpose and if you feel you haven't found it, it's time you ask Him for help.

Well personally, I just don't know how people get by without knowing God. If you know Him, then you are never by yourself....He is always there....He is the best friend you never lose, Who never fails you, Who knows you inside and out and loves you for who you are...and wants you to love Him.
We probably all feel like giving up at times, but we must know how to deal with those times....and who to turn to. For me it is knowing God is a personal way....and I've been thru some very hard times....God was always there...I could find answers from Him...I could depend on His strength to see me thru.
Unless you try it for yourself, you will never know the peace that God gives you. He says "Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you!"....and "God is my refuge and my strength".
The bible is His message to you. Try it...I can tell you it is real and it works!

When things get rough I just release the problem over to God for his help. I just say: "I can't find an answer, or I can't deal with this situation and I turn to you for your help."
I am not an overly religious person but I do believe. I never feel alone because I believe.

Yes I do know how to love myself when things are really dark, it took some doing and I did it; giving up to me is not an option that I would ever choose.

you are never all by yourself their must be some one in your family that cares about you .and if you don't have them you need to get god in your life .he will give you a reason to go on he will help you when you are at your lowest point and lift you back up.if all you have is you that's a good enough reason to keep going

i remember that there are actually ppl who love me.i thi nk about how theyd feel if they knew i was giving up and how i then wouldnt be living upto their expectations.when u stop thinking about urself and start thinking about others u find it much easier to battle anything ......that is of course if u want to.

me ?? a strong cup of tea and i sit and pray and then i cry then i have a cigarette with my cup of tea and that gets me trough another day the power of prayer is great

sometimes the only reason I carry on is because of my children........ when I am with people, my mind is off it... but once Im alone I am haunted with memories...wonderful memories..then I cry...
