I want to live in germany eventually, but don't think my german will be good enough to study there, it would be easier to study in spain, and then move to germany. But will I have troubble getting a job(ignoring the unemployment rate) with a foriegn degree..even if its within the EU?

That depends on the degree, a degree in a medical field will probably not be recognized without an additional exam, a degree in law or teaching will probably not be recognized at all, bc these require state examination.Furthermore, you should know that B.A. degrees are extremely uncommon in germany, M.A. is usually the lowest degree students go for.Apart from that, you definitely need to speak german to find a job.

A degree within the European Union is definitely recognised. There may be a procedure, different in every country, but they are recognised. However, I doubt if you could be hired in Germany unless you are fluent in the German language (it also depends on the specific job, of course).
