To get rid of the clouds you'd have to do one of two things, either remove the moisture or heat the air. Because of the scale involved neither is at all practical.

Even if you harnassed all the power in all the world you couldn't generate enough heat.

The maths bit - UK 1000km top to bottom, clouds form up to 50km in the sky, that's 50,000 cubic kilometres of cloud, if prevailing winds are 30kmh you've got 1.5 million cubic km of atmosphere passing over the UK every hour.

clouds are like everywhere. i don't think you can get rid of them. but why would you want to get rid of them? are they blocking the sun? if so then hmmm... u should do something about that :P lol.
