I want bigger boobs..I know i could wear a push up to make them LOOK bigger..but i want them to GROW LoL..is there ANYWAY possible of gettin them bigger besides surgery?!?

Why do you want to go bigger?
I know lots of guys who LOVE breasts that are no bigger than "a handful".
Love how you look, if you go big you could have back pain issues.
If you really want bigger boobs, surgery is the ONLY way to go. Pills and herbs do NOT work, if they did noone would be getting implants.

Anyway- I've been told that one of the only NATURAL ways to make your breasts firmer (and therfore seem a little bit bigger) is by excercise. Put your hands together in front of your chest as if you're praying. Push them together as hard as you can and hold it for 10 seconds. Do this several times a day.

The only way to do that is to have surgery by getting implants. The only way to find out for sure what your options are would be to talk to your primary care dr and also a plastic surgeon. The reason I mention a primary care physician is because of them being familiar with your overall health history.
