Both, I like savoring the flavor, and then bite when its soft and juicy.

I'm sometimes a sucker, but other times I like to roll the candy around in my mouth and let my tongue caress it all over. I will run my tongue in a figure 8 all over the candy, making sure to lick and caress every inch of the sweet sugary surface. And then with my tongue I will slide the candy between my lips and gently suck on it, back and forth ever so slowly. Other times I will hold the candy upright between my teeth and with just the tip of my tongue rapidly flick the surface of candy all over.

Sucker, Biter, Licker, Nibler. ANY will do for me. It really comes down to what KIND of candy I have in my mouth.
