Anti matter as the name suggests is just opposite of what we think as "normal". For example electron has a negative charge, where as the anti matter of electron called " positron " has positive charge. When matter and anti collide they are destroyed and enormous amount of energy is released....

It is the theoretical opposite to ordinary matter.
The duck is opposite to a chicken er I think.

antimatter is a substance taht is the opposite of matter.
It is a highly explosive substance that will react with everything. a very small drop can poewer a vast amount but it is to volatile to use, at present anyway, im sure they will find a way of harbouring its power eventually!
