Replace "pain" with "hurt". Thus:
My eyes hurt so much.

As an alternative you could consider:
My eyes feel very painful

Whichever is better is largely a judgment call on the context.

My eyes hurt so much.
Pain is what I feel (noun) and it can be used as a verb but not in your sentence.

Er... "Pain" is a noun. The correct version is "My eyes hurt so much".
