They got green-coloured shells and quite flat. They also have webbed foots with claws. They also got red patch patterns on their skin.

Any suggestion??? Please help me I dont want them to die... (T.T)

You have a kind of turtle called a Red-Ear Slider, not a tortoise. Red-ears do not eat tortoise chow.

You should be keeping your turtles in a water tank for them to swim in, and the water will also soften the turtle pellets. You can also feed them small worms and other foods.

Here is a good care website for these turtles: http://www.redearslider.com

You can soak the pellets and soften it before feeding your tortises.
Also they might not be eating if they feel unwell. Do you have adequate sunlight or uv light? They need it to make vitamin D.
There are lot of other things that can be wrong.
Look at the website to check what tortoises you have and you might have a better idea of what to feed them.
Good Luck.
