No. Actually, it would be against the rules. The baseball rulebook lays out certain things that must happen when a pitcher throws the ball and he wouldn't be able to do that pitching with his feet.

No. The rules (see link below) state clearly that the ball must be held in one's hand at the beginning of the pitching motion and that one's feet are on the ground. This would preclude throwing (or kicking) it toward the plate with one's feet.

what are u smoking there is no possible way that a person could even grip a baseball with their toes, plus which baseball player has the leg strength to do get the ball to the plate

I doubt that this may ever ensue yet shall we merely say it did. If the game is that out of hand do not you imagine the different team (team thats prevailing) might want to initiate swinging at each pitch and strike out on objective, and get picked off on objective on one in each of those unnecessary throw overs to first base, in an attempt to velocity the game up?
