Just ask somebody to help you load the software driver of your webcam.

because u have to configure settings on your computer to acknowledge web cam. usually web cam's come with software or most computers will use plug & play software wizzare to help u configue such settings. sometimes thou u have to manually configue these settings. maybe call the manufactuer or ask a friend who is computer literate to help. if u are in sydney i can come over & have a look at it for u, maybe i can fix it.

Sorry darling I do not understand your question. Will you clarify it please. Every camera are built in factory. Without casing, lens and other things it wont work. When you say cam is built camera do you mean built in camera or what?
