It depends.
An able seaman has a harder job than an admiral who sits at a desk most of the time.
The last time I checked my calorie counter ... those little yellow books you could get in the eighties ... an admiral had more fat and had about 372 calories per 100g but a more muscular seaman has only about 280 calories per 100g.
Hope I was able to help.

Less than the calories you burn off in the pursuit of it! So it's really quite the health food! Great for a diet.

chlorine (oxidizing agent)
cholesterol (steroid alcohol present in body fluids)
chlorine (base, part of the vitamin B complex)
citric acid (occurs during cellular metabolism)
creatine (nitrogenous substance found in muscle)
deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)
fructose (sugar used for energy)
glutathione (peptide amino acid)
Glycoproteins (cancer fighting agent)
hyaluronidase (enzyme)
inositol (sugar found in muscles)
lactic acid (byproduct of muscle use)
magnesium (mineral)
nitrogen (gas found in all living tissue)
phosphorus (mineral)
prostaglandins (good for pregnancy)
potassium (mineral)
purine (compound of uric acid)
pyrimidine (organic base)

About 5 per 'serving'
Good for Vitamin E as well.
Don't bother, I tried these arguments already and it won't work!
