Put them in a warm sunny place, a window sill or for really fast ripening put them on your dash board in a car with the windows rolls up all the way. Brown paper bag with a apple works but is much slower.

Put them in a plastic bag with a ripe fruit. I can't remember why that works, but I promise it does. Has something to do with biology. Learned it two years ago in bio class :)
