Don't see them often, so when I do I'm usually delighted. I think they should only be available through proper organised displays though, don't feel delighted when some idiot decides to let half a dozen off on a weekday night just because it's their birthday or something! Then all you get is the inconvenience of noise that frightens the local animals, and none of the pleasure of the sparkles!

Usually delighted, there is a fantastic display on the August bank holiday here, over the bay. It goes on for about half an hour, and is stunning, takes my breath away every time.

i am usually delighted by fireworks, especially London,UK - new years eve and in germany on new years eve when the whole country lights up fireworks - a spectacular sight indeed.

***for the most part DELIGHTED...i'm not a fan of those lil noisy things that are just a ball of light that shoots upwards tho...i like the real fireworks that actually EXPLODE into an array of colors!

I live two blocks from Disneyland. EVERYNIGHT..they have a fireworks show, I'm bored to death by the noise, the smoke, and it's no longer nice to look at.
