I would strongly advise against it. It all "sounds fine", but these ties are just a little too close for comfort ,and if something sparks some "unexpected jealousy" eventually it would destroy all of the relationships involved. If you and your wife want to experience a threesome, your best bet is to let your wife "find" another woman to invite. Preferably someone you do not have to interact with on a daily basis.
