Nothing. There are no man-made artifacts visible to the naked eye from the moon. Definitely NOT the Great Wall of China.
People regularly confuse the moon with space.
From space, quite a lot is visibile. You can see:
Motorways
Railways
Suburb outlines
Cities etc

The only man mad thing you can see from the moon is the artifical lighting of citys at night.
I am not sure if you can call this an artifact, but nothing else man made can be seen from the moon.

in basic terms the artifacts left by potential of the Apollo missions. the super wall can in basic terms be considered from low earth orbit. No man made artifacts could be considered from the moon different than those left by potential of the apollo missions.

None. But you can see the Great Barrier Reef from space, which is a geographical feature rather than a man-made artefact,
The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef system, composed of roughly 3,000 individual reefs and 900 islands that stretch for 2,600 kilometres (1,616 mi) and cover an area of approximately 344,400 km². The reef is located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland in northeast Australia.

That you can see *any* man-made structure from the moon is a myth. See the link below for details.
