Can any1 plz help me with this fluorine question!!!???

I have an assignment and i need to know about the formation of fluorine in the stars!! I've searched everywhere on the internet and i can't find anything!!! Can any1 please help me out!

Flourine formation in stars happens by

4He -> O + Energy

O(16) + n -> O(17)

O(17) -> F + electron.
