Your choice, but I prefer natural hair. Trimmed hair is too prickly, and bald balls are SICK! Natural hair is soft, silky, and sexy. Also lower maintainance -- I don't like a guy to be always preening and primping. Hair is just as clean as skin -- both are clean if you wash them and dirty if you don't wash.
