Is this true or false

the trinomial b^2 + 8 b + 21 is prime

I put false, am I right

Prime means it cannot be factored. b^2 + 8b + 21 cannot be factored any lower than that, so unfortunately the answer is true. You are not correct.

This is considered prime therefore it is unfactorable any further.
