Yes, thank you for educating me....I thought the METS and Yankees were the only two baseball teams that existed...Jesus, how about relaxing a bit?

The Yankees have not won the World Series & it should be kept in mind that mercenaries like A-Rod & Damon in particular are playing for money only. Their first concern is keeping their personal numbers up. This is why one often sees the Yanks pile up 15 to 20 runs in a single game. The opponents have conceded and turned the ball over to the #7 reliever. Now these guys on multi-year deals really go to work . A Grand Slam or 6 R.B.I,'s in a game looks pretty good in the Box Score and all count toward seasonal totals. Clutch is something different. When your money is guaranteed, you still do your best but if you roll out to second or pop one up, well that's just part of the game. This happens almost unconsciously. I mean : What the Hell. You've already made it and you just can't win 'em all. We'll see but I won't be putting any money on a team put together in this fashion. I prefer guys who are still battling together to try and finish as high as possible as a team !!!!!

The Mets have the best shot. Not many changes to their pitching this year, but they did get some more offensive power. No doubt the Mets are the team in the national league. The american league its a toss up. Whoever can survive August/September.

Neither. The Yankees aren't even going to make the post-season this year and while the Mets will make it to the post-season, I doubt they will survive it.

Neither one, tired of seeing New York teams in the playoffs. Sorry I don't like either team.

I was not aware that these two teams with bad pitching were in the AL Central.

Mets, hands down, weaker league and a stronger team. They have pitching, pitching and more pitching.... Maine is a monster. wish we had him instead of B. McCarthy (rangers fan)
