I have only slept nude once before in my life, and that was when I was by myself for two days while parents were at a conference in Idaho. I find it much more comfortable then pajamas, but I'm afraid my parents will walk in on me. I also don't feel comfortable discussing this issue with them. Help!

I grew up in a situation which sounds similar to yours. I enjoyed sleeping nude, but was afraid of what others would think. There are a few things you could try... put your shorts inside your pillowcase after you take them off. That way they are handy if you want to put them on before getting out of the covers.
Alternatively, you can choose to just sleep nude and not worry about what happens. It really isn't a big deal, when you think about it. A lack of clothing does not equate moral failure, sexuality, sin, or any other label. It's simply a choice of dress which is more comfortable.
After I moved out of my parents home I began sleeping nude and never went back!

I normally sleep in my underwear. But i have slept nude a few times that i can think of. It just was too strange.
I only did it because i had a rash on the inside of my legs that kept coming back, and it felt more comfortable at the time sleeping nude.

I hate pajamas, and generally sleep nude myself. However, there are times when that is not a good choice. For those times, I just sleep in my undershorts.
Give that a try. Another thing you might want to try would be sleeping in your pajama bottoms and no shirt.
Another thing you might wish to try for clothing comfort is a kilt. Nothing more comfortable than a kilt. Cooler than trousers in summer and warmer in winter. And more freedom of movement year around.

Just ask that they either knock before entering, or give you permission for a lock on your door. You don't have to just come out and say, "I'm sleeping nude," but you can tell them that you're more comfortable wearing less while you sleep and you don't want to accidently offend them if they walk in. Let them draw their own conclusions about it. If they say no, sleep that way anyway. They'll be too afraid to just walk in, or else they'll get an eyeful and never do it again.

I really dont like sleeping in the nude because I wouldnt want to run out of the house 'IN THE NUDE" if there was God forbid a fire or something.
Maybe you should consider at least sleeping in boxers.....

This is the most natural way to sleep, why get dressed to go to bed. No binding of PJ's as one rolls over. One word of advice do have something to put on in case of an emergency.
Other wise snuggle down and enjoy the freedom

i really dont see how this is a problem, do your parents run and rip the sheets off you to wake you up in the morning?
