definately the shoes should match the shirt! But right now the hip hop look is kind of colorful so black or white isn't going to cut it. The hat should match too. If you're going to wear one.
oh yeah... I forgot to tell you that nobody wears gold anymore. So get platinum or diamonds.

YES you should. If the white/black shirt has in a bit of another colour in it then you can pull it off by wearing a different colour shoe matching the same bit of colour on the shirt.

well as long as you're not wearing an orange shirt with green shoes, you'll look like a clown. i'm pretty sure you'll have to match some things or get as close as you can.
