I use to work at a Cheesecake factory in Colorado. It was called Jan Holtzmeister... It was the best Cheesecake ever made. Had no equal. Then the owner sold out and they changed the recipe. Now they are no longer...Sad.... I am now a type 2 diabetic I can no longer have Cheesecake. Way to much sugar..... But I sure miss it... So have an extra slice for me.....Thanks....

It looks like you got a handle on it! Remember--if you wash it down with diet soda--the calories don't count! At least that's what my gf says!
