I have read of stretching exercises that corrects your spinal posture. But it is no guarantee. Most say it only adds 1 inch of height.

No i m afraid its not possible now! At 23 usually all your bones are fused strongly and this stops further growth of bones so there's no chance of further increase in height! dont worry u r average and be happy with what u have.
