It goes

Nananana, nananana,
Hey, hey, goodbye

I think it was a Motown song from the 1960's or early 1970's. Who performed it and what's the song and album title?

Thanks,
Houyhnhnm

"Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" was a song written and recorded by Gary DeCarlo, Dale Frashuer, and Paul Leka; attributed to a then fictitious band "Steam," it was released under the Mercury subsidiary label Fontana. I'm proud to be a lifelong Chicago White Sox fan. I'm sure that you don't mean the version by "The Supremes" or any of the other myriad of bands that have covered it.
