Hard Work! Never miss a class. Take good notes. Always review your notes (daily). Read the assigned books. Prepare for every test. Ask for help when you need it (from competent other students, professors or TAs). It (studying) is not rocket science. Just do the work.

The secret to getting the degree, just go to school and pass the class. The secret to learning the most and getting the most out of it? Get to know your professors. Use their office hours, tutoring sessions, whatever they offer. If they don't offer office hours, ask to make an appointment. Get to know them, they will get to know how you learn and will be a great resource for you.
