HAVE GOTTEN SO MANY DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM SO MANY DIFFERENT WEBSITESI BOUGHT A BOOK ITS CALL THE PREGNANCY JOURNAL AT THE TOP OF EACH WEEK IT WILL SAY THE WEEK EXAMPLE (16WEEKS) BUT UNDERNEATH IT HAS 4 LETTERS L. N. M.P MIGHT SOUND STUPID BUT WHAT DO THOSE LETTERS MEAN CAN SOME GIVE ME A BETTER WAY TO FIGURE OUT HOW FAR ALONG I AM ? THANKS ~KALA~

I would think it stands for;

Last Normal Menstrual Period

-- Do you know the date of when you started your last normal menstrual period?

You're probably right around 16/17 weeks... Your due date is just an estimate... A "normal" pregnancy lasts 38 - 42 weeks.

It's probably saying 16 weeks after your last menstrual period. Your pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period, not your actual conception date, since that would be very difficult for most women to pinpoint. Well, if I'm due September 26th, and that's 17 days before you, and I'm currently 18 weeks 6 days...you'd be about 16 weeks 3 days. CONGRATS!

You're entering your 2nd trimester now; and you'll be entering your 3rd trimester by the middle of July. So you're a third of the way there. NOW it starts to get "interesting..."! :) Good luck on the rest of your Pregnancy.

my daughter is due october 14...she is 16 weeks, 3 days...so, she is in her 17th week of pregnancy this week
