you cant do anything in the computer (desktop properties or resolution ) to change this, Only option is to change properties in the monitor.

you probaly will see some buttons in the monitor, a menu button & some adjusting buttons.
find the menu options "horizontal size & position" change them "vertical position & size" change them also...

that'll solve your probelm for sure.... :D

Cheers

A CRT is lit up one spot at a time. once a level on the exhibit screen receives hit it begins dimming till the refresh cost brings the electron beam back to that spot to get hit back. So, you will get a beat frequency set up between the refresh cost of the CRT (seventy 5 Hz) and the television (60 Hz) - giving a beat frequency of 15 Hz - so that you get undesirable 15 Hz flicker. An liquid crystal exhibit pixel continues to be lit on a similar factor till that is refreshed, so there is not any version in brightness, so there is not any beat frequency set up, so no flicker. in case you had some right now replacing video you would possibly want to observe tearing of the picture.

I can only suggest going to Settings-->Control Panel-->Display and choosing the Settings tab, and increase the size of the display (screen resolution).

Did you re-install the correct drivers for your video card after your reformat?
