Well I heard your boobs get up to 25% bigger when your boobs are being played with! Is that true??

Not necessarily if it is being 'played with', but if you're sexually aroused it will. I don't know about 25%. But it can swell when woman is sexually aroused.
Some dude tell you he can increase your bust size?

1. Here's the deal. Guys have no clue as to why they look at boobs or even why they love boobs. They just do. Really, when you think about it, guys, boobs aren't anything really special. Why do we love them? Because we're dudes and that's just what we do. 2. Not really. For me, it's like visiting a museum. "Hm, that's some beautiful artwork there...but I should probably move on and see what else is here." Doesn't mean I'm not interested by any means. I just find it difficult to focus on THOSE random boobs when there are millions of other random boobs in the world. 3. Yikes. I quote Seinfeld "Looking at cleavage is like looking at the sun. You can't stare. It's too risky. You have to get a feel for it then look away!" Basically, I don't feel like a pervert. I feel like an idiot for getting caught in the first place. And girls, if you don't want us looking, cover up! (Actually, please don't. Us guys have so little in life, let us enjoy your cleavage. Please?)

Breasts can in fact get bigger, however, for that to happen you need to be sexually aroused, and it doesn't mean that your breasts will stay that size, after you aren't aroused anymore, your breasts will go back to your normal size.
