yes but at different levels. Some are more spiritual in a way. These are major experiences that "bind" me to re-think or sometimes re-invent my self. In the process, I know more about the person I am looking at in the mirror

It depends on how you define experience. I don't think that every experience necessarily TEACHES you anything but I do believe that you are the sum of your experiences.

we are humans and learn
every experience is a learning experience
if you do not learn just the smallest thing about yourself then you have not experienced anything
ppl do just slide through but they are the ones who end up making the same mistakes
